A Handicapped Vehicle Verification Certificate is an important document that verify that a vehicle was specially manufactured/designed or modified for person with disabilities. This document proves that the vehicle was specially designed at the time of manufacturing or was modified after the manufacturing process for easy access for handicapped person.
Japan Inspection Organization “JIO” issue certificate that verify that a particular vehicle was specially manufactured or modified for handicapped person.
Required Documents: (1) Application form (print here) and (2) Scanned copy of Export Certificate or De-registration certificate in Japanese language

Time: The document will be sent/dispatched within 8 working days after the confirmation of fee payment.
Fee: Japanese Yen 30,000 per certificate (see currency exchange rate). Fee is including international shipping charges by speed courier or by Takkyubin within Japan.
How to pay fee: Payment is accepted by (1) Credit card (2) Bank transfer (wire transfer).
