Japanese Cabinet Approved Paris Climate Agreement to Submit Diet

The Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s Cabinet has approved the schedule to submit the Paris Climate Agreement to the both houses of parliament, the lower house and the upper house for ratification in a move lagging behind many other major emitters, which is a worldwide accord to curb climate change after the year 2020.

Japanese Government is planning to send the bill to the Diet for approval from both the lower and upper houses before November 7, 2016, when the next United Nations climate conference, also called COP 22, starts in African country Morocco for the first time.

The experts are seeing this move by Japanese Cabinet as biggest move by the Government of Japan in decades for the safety of greenhouse gases and emissions, mainly exhaust by Automobiles, vessels and Air pollution by Aircrafts and other Air transport.
