Duplicate De-Registration/Registration Certificate:
The deregistration/registration certificate is an important document, and vehicle cannot be register in many countries without this Certificate. If you have lost original de-registration/registration certificate of any Japanese or non-Japanese vehicle imported from Japan, this Organization (Japan Inspection Organization “JIO”) can supply duplicate de-registration/registration certificate issued by the Bureau of Transportation (BOT) under the Ministry of Transportation (MLIT) in Japan. Please note that, duplicate doesn’t mean just the photocopy of original certificate. The duplicate deregistration/registration certificate will be issued by the Bureau of Transportation (BOT) in Japan. However, JIO can supply certificate for over 990cc engine vehicles only. We cannot provide certificate for vehicles less than 990cc engine capacity.
In order to get duplicate deregistration/registration certificate for any Japanese or non Japanese car imported from Japan, inform chassis number (also called frame number or vin number) of your car. This Organization will send duplicate certificate issued by “BOT” (Bureau of Transportation) to you by speed courier FedEx. The certificate will be sent within Five (5) working days of confirmation of fee. The duplicate certificate will be sent of current status of vehicle at BOT record deregistered/registered.

Duplicate Deregistration/registration Certificate fee: The fee is Japanese Yen 30,000 per certificate (see currency exchange rate).
How to pay fee: Payment from overseas countries is accepted by (1)Credit card (2)Paypal (3)Bank transfer (wire transfer). However payment within Japan is accepted by Bank transfer only.
